        Affordable Furniture to Go started in 1994 as New England's largest ready to assemble furniture superstore. This was an idea created by Marvin and Larry, a father and son with over 50 years of retail experience combined. Since its inception, Marvin and Larry have welcomed several other family members into the business. Joining them were Marvin's daughters, Lisa and Cindy, and his son-in-laws, Steven and Joel, thus creating a "family atmosphere" for all of their employees. Soon after our grand opening, the store was instantly acknowledged by several trade publications for its original concept. The store was initially opened with 10,000 square feet, selling primarily entertainment, home office, futons, and bedroom furniture. After being in business for only 2 short years, we decided that instead of adding a second location we would increase our space at our existing store. In 1996 our store grew to 15,000 square feet. At that time we expanded into new categories such as kitchen/dining, mattresses and living room/family room as well as increasing our current selections. Several years had passed and our business had continued to grow. Our customers requested more! In 2002, our location grew another 10,000 feet for a total of 25,000 square feet, allowing us to broaden our living room/family room selection. During 2004, we grew once again, opening a new kitchen and dining showroom as well as a 10,000 sq ft addition to our warehouse. At Affordable Furniture to Go we know the importance of customer satisfaction. We treat every customer as a VIP! We work hard to bring you, our customers, and quality furniture at the lowest prices. Buying direct from the manufacturer allows us to give our customers the lowest prices all the time on brand name furniture and accessories. In addition, special orders are never a problem and are typically delivered in an average of 30 days.

        I Could not recommend this company enough. I bought an out door sectional a few weeks ago and my entire experience has been wonderful. Larry was very knowledgeable and courteous right from the start. I had a minor issue with my cover and the company as well as Larry returned my call and resolved my issue immediately. I am a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend Affordable Furniture to anyone.

        GREAT VALUE AND GREAT SERVICE..WE PURCHASED A LIVINGROOM SET AND DINING ROOM TABLE AND CHAIRS AND HAD BOTH DELIVERED WITHIN ONE WEEK BY TWO POLITE GENTLEMEN...WOULD RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY. THERE WAS A FAMILY ATMOSPHERE IN THE STORE BY SALESPEOPLE THAT SEEMED TO CARE TO SATISFY THEIR CUSTOMERS.

        Poor quality, poor service and doesn't stand behind product. NOT CUSTOMER ORIENTED!!

        My friend had purchased a computer stand for about $150.00. The product was extremely flimsy and when finally assembled and moved down the corridor, it fell apart. This friend had assembled numerous items for me including an entertainment center that has lasted over 14 years. When she contacted the store, she was advised that she could not return the item and the issue could have been resolved if she had paid the $50.00 for the item to be assembled. To me it would me no sense to pay 1/3 of the purchase price to have the item assembled. In this way, the actual cost would have been about $200.00 and clearly there would have been better desks for that price.

        While the sale is being disputed along other channels, the store provides no satisfaction and if you read the other comments clearly provides no bargain either in price or service.
