General Info: Wheatless Wonders sells delicious, moist, gluten-free baked goods to Austin-area coffee shops for resale to consumers in individual-serving packages. We bake in a dedicated gluten-free commercial kitchen, so cross-contamination is not a concern. We also do custom gluten-free cakes for special events and offer bulk purchase options of our cookies, coffee cake, and muffins direct to consumers. Those who must follow a gluten-free diet for their health will be pleased to discover that our products are virtually indistinguishable in taste from the delicious wheat-based cookies, muffins, and cakes you remember but can no longer enjoy.
