Walmart - Vision Center

Your better-off not setting an appointment here? You might end up waiting all day!

My appointment was for 3pm; I arrived a little early (2:45pm). There were about 9 people already in the waiting room. I figured they were probably mostly walk-ins. but I wasn't worried I had an appointment. When I went to the receptionist I told her I was there for my appointment. She asked if I was Rafael; I confirmed and she asked me to sit down. I waited for about 30min and a father with his two kids arrived and he stated he had an appointment at 3:30pm. At 4pm the doctor calls the 2 kids and their father in. I was outraged. How can that be? There had to be a mistake. I asked the receptionist? She said she forgot about me and she was apologetic but did nothing about it. What a waste of time... 1hr and 15min waiting. It would've been easier if I had not setup an appointment! I will not go here again. I'll go to another office which values their clients time a little more.
