Verizon Wireless

Been with Verizon almost 8 years...everytime near end of contract crappy cell phone dies and end up renewing contract. But not this time! Yep the cell phones are dying (will not hold a charge, sometimes doesn't ring, sometimes takes days to receive voicemail). But we're limping through this time until the contract expires! I don't care if I am phoneless for a few days -- I will not renew again with this horrible company.



How does Verizon suck? Let me count the ways:

1. Horrible, non-english speaking Customer Service that is always somehow condescending

2. Overpriced plans with no roll over minutes.

3. Crappy, over-priced cell phones.

4. Not internationally compatible signals on all phones. And don't ask their salesmen, because they don't know.

5. Salesmen that don't know anything except the highest priced phones and plans.

6. Charged for receiving spam texting...cannot block numbers.
