United Rent-All

I went to United Rent-All's well designed website and was able to see all the things I wanted to rent.I called to reserve my order and was greeted nicely and while speaking to the gentleman he helped me to better plan my party with things I forgot, making my event even better. When I told him I was not going to be available to pick up my order in time, he even offered delivery. The delivery guys showed up right when they said they would, were nice, fast and on their way. When they picked up the order, once again they showed up when they said they were going to, the same nice guys and were quickly out of there. Top notch group. I will be planning my next event with them.

Delivered and set up everything on time. Everything looked great. Very friendly delivery personnel, they helped us with the DJ system that made the party.

United Rent All did a great job. We used them for a party on new years and they delivered and set up everything. The dance floor and DJ equipment made the night.

Everyone had a great time, they even stayed and showed us how to work all the equipment. The delivery personnel was very friendly and professional. They even came back @1:00 a.m. when the party was over and helped with take down and clean up.

At my sister's wedding, the delivery guy almost got in a fight with the groom and groomsmen. He showed up more than 30 minutes early to pick up the equipment, and was furious that it wasn't neatly stacked outside upon his arrival. He was absolutely out of line. He let the f-bombs fly with kids, moms and grandmas all around. He was completely disrespectful and unwilling to have a rational conversation with anyone. Based on our experience I would not recommend this company to anyone! I hate that I had to give them one star in order to place the review.
