The worst customer service. I showed up early for my doctor appointment like they asked me to. I get there and the front desk girl in the ski jacket tells me that someone had been trying to call me all day because they needed me to reschedule my appointment. I didn't receive any such call I told her. Instead of her saying sorry for the confusion, she said well they did call you as though I were lying. Then she said that doctor had other patients he had to see so I could reschedule if I wanted. What am I chop liver, am I not important??? I felt like I wasn't. My husband took off wk I took off work for this consultation. After sitting there for an hour I went up to the front desk and politely said I would reschedule. I will never go back there again and I will never recommend them to any of my friends. And I only went there because a friend recommended them. That front desk girl needs to learn customer service. And she need not ever argue with a patient and make them feel like they are the blame.... i showed up on time, very disappointed
