Associate answered phone & immediately asked if I could be placed on hold. After over a TEN minute hold, the phone was hung up! I called back to ask my original question and the associate didn't even answer w/ the business name. Not a great way to attract potential new customers :( Would give them a 1/2 star rating, but 1 star is the lowest it would allow me to rate.

SMSD is my savior! I take adult tap, ballet and jazz and the classes are a blast - a much better alternative to working out at the gym. The teachers are great at adapting to your skill level but challenge you just enough so you get the most out of your instruction. While I don't have any children, I have several friends with kids in classes there and they all seem to love it, especially the recital and demonstration each year. I would recommend SMSD to any adults or children looking to continue dancing or for those just getting started.

I've been taking adult tap classes for 10 years at SMSD. Recently, ballet, jazz, hip hop, pilates, Latin and other classes have been added for adults. The teachers are skilled, talented, choreographers and dancers and are great instructors. They have also been flexible on scheduling classes. Each year the classes have either a demonstration or recital in the late spring which is so much fun. Throughout the years I have learned a broad spectrum of dance styles as well as long time friends through this studio!

Great teachers and studio. Would recommend to anyone interested in dance. Jean
