Luke is a practical problem solver whose practice focuses on complex products liability matters, catastrophic fire and explosion defense, and general litigation. Luke graduated from Northwestern Law School and began his legal career in the Chicago area before joining Reeves & Brightwell in 2007. Clients frequently rely on Luke in urgent situations requiring real time risk assessment and the coordination of multiple parties and stakeholders. Luke has significant experience litigating and advising clients on matters involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, indemnification, fraud, and breach of a non-compete agreement or other restrictive covenant in an employment contract.

Maria has been a Paralegal for over 25 years. She has extensive litigation experience, including drafting pleadings and handling discovery matters, case management, and scheduling. She has experience in various areas of law, including breach of contract, personal injury and other torts, and domestic relations and family law. In addition to an extensive paralegal background, Maria has property management and human resource experience in the areas of benefits, staffing, and employee relations and has mentored new paralegals, law clerks, and first year attorneys. Maria earned her diploma in Paralegal Studies from Sawyer College in San Jose, California (1993).
