        Dishonest managment

        After being good tenants and paying over $2000/month for a unit, the management not only didn't return our deposit, but also stuck us with a bill for replacing the carpet that was damaged by their own maintenance team. While maintenance was doing repairs in the apartment, the floor was flooded. In order to dry the carpet and padding, multiple sections of the carpet were cut out. Obviously with a piecemeal carpet in the unit, the carpet would have to be replaced before the unit could be rented again. But, the managment said that we had to pay for the carpet to be replaced due to "stains." If you live at Nalle Woods, make sure you get documentation regarding any repairs or damage to your unit, and make sure you do a walk-through inspection upon leaving. Otherwise, the management will just rip you off and cheat you.
