Mega Furniture - Lakeline/Research Blvd.

The delivery men hit our door frame with a sofa they were delivering and put three large gashes in our door frame. The frame was hit so hard that there is indentation and raw wood showing in all three places. I called Mega Furniture immediately and they assured me it would be taken care of. I emailed photos and followed-up with them as well as their distributor for over three weeks. Despite promises from them, I never even got a phone call. Watch out - there is no respect for your home or accountability for damage.

AVOID THIS STORE!!! I run a multi billion dollar Real Estate Company 2000+ Agents in Austin, They will all be getting a message to AVOID This store and to let their clients know. I was sent defective chairs AND defective dining table. Replacements sent were also defective!!! Andy store manager (Who himself wrote one of the very few positive ratings on Yelp for MEGA) gave us the run around on giving us a reasonable replacement. Never took responsibility, blamed the owner and left us in the dark on when and if we would ever get our issue resolved. We will ALSO be contacting my our credit card to dispute the purchase.
