        Overall

        Terrible. The software is so out dated its not even funny. I had no clue that my aides were out of compliance and it coasted me thousands.

        Waste of Money :(

        This system is out dated. I finally got rid of Kinnser and switched to another company. I could never pull up patient data that I needed with this software.
