Best Agents In Texas

HORRIBLE!! Dishonest and down right unprofessional! I applied for a home they had listed for lease and ran myself as well as my agent ragged trying to get funds and my application submitted on a holiday just so I could have my app. in FIRST on this home. After waiting 7 DAYS for an answer(mind you I'm from Chicago and had to cancel my flight home losing $250 plus had to extend my rental car adding $300 to my bill AS WELL AS MISSING MY OLDEST SONS HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION!) and having the agent from "BEST Agents in Texas" tell my agent that I was first in line and their should not be a problem, only to find out that they accepted 5 applications on this property and the owner of the home was going to pick her favorite! Well, I apparently was not her favorite and all though I was first to submit my application, I was told "NO" on the home. They didn't even run my application! Now I'm out $550 plus I have to rebook my flight back to Chicago( about $300.00!) and I missed out on my sons graduation where he was graduating with HONERS!! Completely dishonest and unethical and immoral! Stay away from this company and anyone using this company to sell/lease their home. Shame on you "Best Agents in Texas", you should be called "BEST UNDERHANDED and DISHONEST AGENTS in TEXAS"!
