Took the alternator in for a repair quote.

Told 1.5 days for a quote.

Waited 2.

Called.

They answered.

It will be ready tomorrow.

What do you mean ready tomorrow - I left it for a quote.

Oh ok, I will check and call you back in 10.

3 hours later - no call.

Called them.

No answer.

Called from a different phone number.

They answered.

Not ready - guy cant figure out whats wrong - we will call you tomorrow.

No call.

I called.

No answer.

Called 30 mins later.

They picked up the phone and hung it up.

I went and picked up the alternator which was still untouched on the counter.



Why the run around?

Just say we dont rebuild alternators, or we dont have time for you, or it will be a week.



Stupid....
