DO NOT USE THIS DENTAL GROUP!!! They are a bunch of crooks who charge you for services that you do not ask for.. Daughter went in for general cleaning and got a debrisment. Never got the original cleaning. I would have been fine with the procedure if they would have asked before they did it. Charged for a procedure when she was there for her free yearly cleaning. AGAIN DO NOT USE THIS DENTAL GROUP!! I SHOULD HAVE READ THE PREVIOUS REVEIWS!!

Crooks! Seriously, the didnt even check my insurance to see what was covered. They were trying to charge me out of pocket for services that my insurance covers 100%. I will never ever go back to them. Please save yourself the aggravation.

I won't even give this business a star rating. Its a complete ripoff to bother and go there. The staff is very unprofessional. They don't bother to check your insurance and see if procedures are covered, as asked to do. Then they slam you with a whopping bill for the procedure because insurance doesn't pay. I would not waste my time going to this dump, or this dentist, she is a joke too.

I read poor reviews before I ever chose this place however I've heard such great things about Dr. Hailey so I decided to give this place a shot. I've been going here for 2 years and I'VE NEVER SEEN DR. HAILEY! So I guess I was dooped into this place for no reason. These people answer the phone laughing! That tells you what type of folks you're dealing with here. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! This place is ridiculous. I've been told several times that I will receive a call back and they NEVER CALL! I end up waiting weeks and even months to get a basic cleaning or simple fillings. I'm not happy with the work that has been done so I will never step foot back into this place. I receive comfort knowing I can save someone the time and touble by writing this review. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!!
