This company is quite a joke!! I had called and ordered cabs with them and talked to a live person and they said that there are no taxis available whatsoever!! This cab company is only for airport only not suburbs or anything of that matter!! Better luck to try other cab companies than this one!!

This company sucks, called at 4pm for a 6pm pick up. Cab never showed. Was told there were no cabs available to pick me up.

This company is the most ridiculous companyto ever do business with. On two occasions I was left stranded because they give inaccurate eta times which caused me to miss trains and buses. Driver #517 was extremely rude, cursed my passenger and I because we were only going a mile up the road. I will NEVER depend on this company again, nor will I ever recommend to anyone. From dispatch to drivers, they all need to let it go and find another line of work!

Waited over a hour after calling because my scheduled pick up time had passed. Dispatcher lied and said taxi would arrive in 20 min. After waiting another 30 minutes, I called and was told there were no drivers in my area. Horrible customer service!
