Here's the email I sent the owner. "I brought in a Colt Detective Special 10 weeks ago for you to do a trigger job. You indicated that it would be 6 bweeks. At six weeks, I called you and you said it would be done in a week. Three weeks later I came by your shop to find out what was going on. The gentleman I spoke with said the gun was "on your bench" and would be done in a week. It is now past that week and no gun.

Today, I went by your shop to say all this to you personally but the other guy was there. I picked up my gun that you had not touched and must say good riddance to you and your so-called gun smithing service. I appreciate that sometimes estimates of time can be difficult but this experience is ridiculous. It leaves me to believe that you kept putting people ahead of me or that you have no ability to estimate whatsoever or simply don't care.

For whatever the reason, you kept putting me off and failed come through as promised. I am appalled at your lack of customer service skills. I hope you treat others better than you treated me."

This place is awesome. I was looking for a rear sight for a Ruger super blackhawk and they really went above and beyond. I needed the entire rear sight assembly and it looked like they didn't have one, but they tore the shop apart until they found one and called me back to let me know that they had it. They gave me a great price on it and even put it on for me. I needed it on very short notice and everyone else I had spoken to were telling me that it wasn't going to happen and to just give up and order one online, but these guys didn't give up on me and got me taken care of in no time. I will definitely be suggesting them to all of my friends and using their services again in the future.

Dropped off my rifle for cleaning, when I asked for an estimate of when I could pick it up, was told "It's not good that you're asking.". Should have left then. Been waiting 2 months. They will not answer the phone or return emails. They look very busy, which can translate to 'we don't need your business'. Go somewhere else where they care.
