Don’t know why people are giving this nightmare a higher rating than a one star. You want to be neglected as a patient , come here. Been coming here for years and I still am treated like a piece of poop , not right

Very caring staff and knowledgeable physicians. I have been going for about 10 years, do not listen to the negative comments from other people. Sadly, the majority of people that love this place will not take the time to give a good review. But the ones that like to complain will always do it. Good thing insurance companies see the overall picture and continue to refer their patients to places such as RMIM.

I was new to the Colorado area and went to several doctors before was referred to Rocky Mountain Internal Medicine. I made an appointment with Dr. Sasley. I've been told she is GREAT. However, saw Karina Allen de Olivera in her absence, I liked and was VERY IMPRESSED. Karina has been nothing less than GREAT and have stayed with her. She's very patient, caring and knowledgeable.

They made an appt for me. When I went to the appt they took my co-pay $ then proceeded to tell me the Dr. didn't take my insurance, and I had been there before. They all talked in spanish to each other about me (RUDE) thinking I didn't understand. I would never recommend them!!

This is the most unprofessional clinic I have ever seen in my life. The doctors are allowed to cancel all their appointments and instead of the clinic having a back up plan with another doctor they leave their patients hanging, patients who need medication, patients who need medical attention and then they tell you they can't see you for 12 days. When you try to get some help and at least get enough medication to get you by until you see the doctor you get sent to voicemail and you have to literally pitch a fit to talk to somebody and they just give you the runaround as well and keep promising are going to call you back and you get no calls. They don't seem to mind playing with peoples lives and their livelihoods. That being said if you show up to an appointment three minutes late because you were in traffic the doctor were little literally be rate you! But they're allowed to be a no-show are come in 40 minutes late to your appointment. My advice is to never go to this doctors office ever!

The PA that I see (Mr. Cook) is professional and conscientious. The staff that supports him is otherwise. They do not return calls, they act very unprofessional and appear to hate their work. It is difficult to get in touch with them, and when you do they will recite elaborately all the requirements they place on customers and seem to be avoiding actually helping. They are good at explaining their policies and procedures. Not very satisfied with this service.

I think I have only seen two doctors (and maybe a NP or two) here, but both have been excellent (Dr. Jiwani and Dr. Varshney). The front staff can be hit or miss as far as competence (for instance, I have had an appointment scheduled which later showed up as not on the schedule--even though I had a printed card), so I know they have some issues there. All techs except one have been good. I appreciate the bilingual office but the woman taking most of the phone calls and appointments does have a very thick accent and I think she doesn't always get what you're saying the first time around. I've been going here for a couple years and have never felt that it's been dirty, and definitely not one star worthy for sure.

My wife and I have been patients here for several years and have had no problems. Our doctor (Jiwani) has been caring and exceptionally competent. Just like Rachel61, I am baffled by the onslaught of 1 star reviews. The front office does have a number of native Spanish speakers, and the support staff is tilted toward Russian speakers, but I have never had any difficulty understanding anybody.

I have also never had a problem getting prescriptions. I would guess that the patients who have been pleased with the clinic, and the practice sees a LOT of patients, have not bothered to rate it, and that's a shame.

No I can't seem to understand all of the previous bad reviews, at the time I could understand that as in any office sometimes things to do the way us (patients) want them. It is easy to blame a practice when the insurances or the pharmacies are actually the ones at fault.

As a Register Nurse I understand perfectly the things that go around in the practices as well as hospitals, nursing homes, etc.

I have been taking my daughter for the suboxone treatment for over a year now, and I am very greatful with the whole staff, they have done as much as possible to make sure my daughter doesn't fall into drugs again, after having to experience with other doctors who simply did not care, RMIM was the only that was able to help my family.

I will continue to attend this clinic as a patient myself as much as I will continue to refer it to all the people I know, for all you who need to educated yourself a bit more, it wouldn't hurt to start doing it now.

For all you who might get confused between the bad and good reviews, just remember that we are all not the same, therefore you should not pay attention to any of the reviews and simply go experience it yourself. As always people who have good things to say about a place will doubtly do it.

DON'T WALK, RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN. These without a doubt are the worst healthcare providers I have ever experienced. I would not trust them to trim the nails on my dog. The administration piece being most notably the poorest I've ever experienced in any service oriented buisness. We'll start with the doctors. The first one could not pull off writing a perscription properly. The second misdiagnosed a knee problem of course if he bothered to acually examine my knee he may have stood a chance. I had a perscription which required a preauthorization and after 2 days my pharmacy told me still no response. I went back and waited over an hour for Laticia to make 2 phone calls and no apology nothing. In summary you are better off lighting some incense, hanging a dead chicken from your door and chanting. WOOOW!!!!!

RMIM Aurora is much better at ...

RMIM Aurora is much better at generating revenue for themselves than they are at providing patient care. They billed me instead of my insurance company at more than 5 times the negotiated rate. They billed for services not actually performed. They schedule followup visits to handle matters that other practices would include the first time. Additionally, patients are processed as if they were cattle. Expect to wait 15 to 30 minutes on a good day. Don't expect anyone to let you know why you're waiting. Indeed, most of the staff doesn't seem to know the purpose of your visit.

The WORST!!

Warning!! Do not go to these doctors!! They prescribed a med to me that was only for type II diabetes and I have type I diabetes. They obviously do not know what they are doing. The staff is also very rude. I tried to escalate an issue to the supervisor Brenda and she was ruder then the other staff. Go someplace else if you can!!

If you have another choice, do NOT come to this office. Very inefficient, very understaffed, very incompetent!!! I'm not certain if this is true to all the other Rocky Mountain offices. . . but this office is sure very frustrating to deal with.

I wonder if RMIM administration is paying attention.

I don't understand whats up wi...

I don't understand whats up with all these bad reviews of this practice, because I have had nothing but a kind, understanding, & professional Dr. who has always made sure to accuretly diagnose any of my problems, and unlike many other dr's that I've seen around the denver area actually takes the time to PROPERLY treat the patient. I must say for your initial appointment, I had to wait somewhat long to meet the dr. but ever since then there really isn't more than 5 mins. of "wait" time, Plus the techs are always kind and courteous to me for the most part..So I would recommend this place to Anyone, Espically if you have Medicare, because unlike other places they still treat you with general courtesy and respect no matter what/who your insurance provider is....

I am a previous employee of RM...

I am a previous employee of RMIM. It is the worst place anybody can possibly work at, the staff gossips about each other and the management is even worse. I'd recommend that anyone who is looking to be a new patient at this place or any current patients run for the hills and look for a different practice. They release medical records to anyone requesting them as long as they show I.D. (per office manager) which is completely unethical and is violating HIPAA. On top of violating HIPAA they are also violating employment laws and don't even background check employees, ask for proof of I.D. or anything of that sort. Also they start off by paying employees under the table. I have reason to believe that some employees working there may be unauthorized to work in the U.S. So patients being seen there may be seen by someone who has commited a crime and they would not know. I'd suggest that no one be seen at this place.

I found this facility very hard to deal with. I could very rarely find anyone who spoke passable english, they don't listen and they do not call you back. It takes a minimum of three phone calls to get a prescription refilled. I went there because my dr (who I love) went there but I am changing doctors because of the staff.

No stars deserved but had to put one for this review to be read

Worst care! Wrong diagnosis and no compassion. Told my friend she was bleeding from the brain without even so much as an exam. Then said her insurance wont cover anything so she is better off walking acrossing the street for further services.

WTF! Tell someone they are bleeding from the brain then send them off like nothing!

After much anxiety and panic from my friend. she went to another place (imaging place because she thought she was bleeding in the brain!) and was diagnosed with a major sinus infection. She went back to this place to see the doctor again to get antibiotics....Dr then said "I didn't see anything when I examined you...." She didn't examine her! She finally looks at my friends ears and whoa! She found a serious ear infection too!

My friend wouldn't tell me the Dr name but if she does I'm reporting her. Her practice needs reviewed!!

WORST CARE!
