CARQUEST Auto Parts

I purchased a distributor cap and rotor and got the wrong parts not once, not twice, but unbelievably three times! When I returned the parts for the 3rd time the salesman asked me for my vin #. I didn't have it with me so got my money back. Went down the street to Havana Auto Parts. What a difference! Friendly salespeople and great service. Got the right parts (didn't need a vin #) and bought other items also. They were crowded-shows they have a good following. Carquest had no one in their store and salespeople were very unfriendly. Not once was an apology offerred for giving us the wrong parts 3 times.
