        Please note that Dr. Floyd has moved his Aurora Location to the Southland's shopping center. His Smoky HillRd/Centennial address is correct, but the Aurora address is 6290 S Main St Suite 101, next to LensCrafters!! The staff will tell you whereyour appointment is scheduled. Please excuse the incorrect infoposted by Dex Media.
