        We are a family of believers committed to serving Jesus Christ. As a Southern Baptist Church, we join with like-minded Christians to spread the gospel through our community and around the world. Our Ministry Statement is more than just a catchy phrase. We hope that it gives you insight into just who we are. We exist for the purpose of REACHING UP, REACHING OUT, AND REACHING IN. We reach up by magnifying Jesus through worship and the Word of God. We reach out by making Jesus known to our neighbors and the nations. We reach in by moving believers in Jesus toward maturity and ministry. Christ reached out to people of all ages and backgrounds and at First Baptist Church we desire to do the same. The ministries here are geared to various life stages and needs. That's why we have a place for everyone to study the Scriptures, fellowship together, and minister to others through numerous service opportunities. We want you to be a part of the blessings of God in the life of our church

        I love my church family at First Baptist Church of Auburndale! They are warm and welcoming, No judging or cliques. There are activities for children and families. I recommend you check FBCA out!

        I've been attending this church for over 10 years. I love the close friends I have made through the years that I consider to be more family than anything else. It's a refreshing atmosphere with a genuine "love you" attitude.

        Death wrapped its ropes around me; the terrors of the grave overtook me. I saw only trouble and sorrow. Then I called on the name of the Lord : “Please, Lord , save me!” How kind the Lord is! How good he is! So merciful, this God of ours!

        When I asked GOD to direct me to the church HE has chosen for my daughter and me, HE directed us to this church. AFBC has become more than just a building of worship for us. It is truly a part of GODs own family. Our Pastor stays true to GODS WORD. The members are our family. I could not be where I am in CHRIST without this body of believers. I ���� my church AFBC
