        Excellent experience! Inducer motor broke and called B&C. They immediately called me back, came to the house (on a Sunday during football playoffs!), and replaced the motor which they smartly had in stock. I was not home at the time and the repairman left the broken motor for me to see. Knowledgable, professional and honest...highly recommend B&C!
