Martindale Country Club

I had my wedding at the Martindale in May 2014. The scenery is perfect for pictures. Mike Williams goes above and beyond for his clients. He was always prompt with an answer. Anything we requested he made sure it was done. What really blew my mind with Mike, was when we had a disaster with the cake. Our cake maker was devastated when she realized the cake did not make it, in the ride to the martindale. Mike without hesitation called a local bakery and within an hour, had a replacement. That was appreciated on so many levels. We picked a buffet style dinner. Let me say, the food was a highlight of the night!!! I had people coming up to me all night telling me what a great venue we picked! I highly recommend the martindale. It's very affordable, and there are so many perks!

I had my wedding at Martindale in 2012. The location and price were perfect for our budget. We went to the meal tasting and the food was fantastic and a great portion for your $$. At the actual wedding over 60 guests were served a cold or ice cold meal. The portions were 1/2 the size of what we were originally shown and the beef was a completely different cut. Martindale had the opportunity to right their wrong but chose to ignore us. My recommendation if you are to have a wedding at Martindale is to bring in your own caterer.
