Hello. My name is Alexis Landrum and I placed an order for 60 shirts. When I received my shirts Friday the color of the print was PINK when the design was CRIMSON! Not to mention it took days to even get a quote to place the order. We need these shirts for an event this week. I have called 5 times today and NO ONE has answered the phone. I want what I paid for which was over $400 worth of shirts. This is unacceptable and bad business. The only good thing was that I called the day it happened and got an answer after 3 calls and a voicemail. He wanted me to drive back to Auburn to show them the shirt. I called again today and no reponse.

They have never let me down. I have been ordering for years with them.

We've worked with Mammoth Since 2005 and recommend them to everyone. Sometimes we order by the hundreds, sometimes by the dozen. We get the same stellar treatment each time. Family owned, the staff are knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, consistent and reliable. One time they delivered a batch of shirts to one of our shows as we were passing through on tour. The prices are great, the quality is always spot on, and the delivery is always on time. They always work with me when I have questions about art files, shirt colors, shirt styles, whatever. They are masters of the silkscreen trade and cool people too. We are happy to have found them.

I have been regularly ordering silk screen shirts from Mammoth since 2005. I've worked with other printshops before and Mammoth is by far the best! I used to like to get multiple quotes from different printshops whenever I had a new project. After a few times I stopped because Mammoth always had the most fair price with the fastest turnaround. They work very quickly and ship on time everytime. They make it very easy to order... From just a couple dozen to hundreds of shirts. They have gone out of their way to call me up when there is an issue to prevent any delays or email me back when I just have a question. And on top of all that they deliver top notch silk screen printing everytime!

My four year relationship with Mammoth Printshop has been better than I ever expected a customer/printer relationship could be. While there are plenty of vendors I could use here in Montgomery, I gladly work with their shop in Auburn because of the quality and personality behind each order.
