Overpriced for all services. I was charged $3 more for shipping inside the store over ordering online and printing my own label. The best part is, I dropped off the same package at this store and saved $3. When I made the owner aware of the difference he become rude and agitated that I didn't purchase from him and that I still brought my package to him.



Then today I called and checked on a price of a box that is 12inch cubed, he wanted over $5 for the same box that cost less than .79 at Walmart.



I do believe a business should make a fair profit but this guy has either bumped his head or has horrible supply lines.

Peter Lostis, the owner, is a horrible business person!!!!! I actually called to track one of my packages that I mailed out on Monday that was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday.. Well on Wednesday, when the business did not receive the item I contacted the UPS store. When Peter Lostis answered the phone, he started to yell at someone walking out of the store, and actually told me to hold on, that he had to chase someone into the parking lot! Yes, yes he did. Then proceeds, while I am still on the phone hearing everything. When he finally gets back to me (which took a good minute) he really started to show his true character. I informed him about my package and that the business still hasn't received it. He told me that I decided to go the "cheap route" instead of using the UPS, so that I could save some money, and that it was shipped out as priority mail!!! Why would I go to the UPS store to have it go out regular mail? I live half a mile away from a post office.. if I wanted to use them I WOULD HAVE!!! AND save some money!!!! He told me that I was lying that no one informed me that it was going out as regular mail. I tried to tell him that when I walked into his store, that a young lady helped me. I told her that I have a dress that I need to send back, and asked how to go about it. She grabs an envelope for me and a shipping tag, I filled it out, and paid $9.95!!! For regular mail!!!! But before I could finish my story, he started to yell at me!!! I was in my work break room and put him on speaker for someone else to hear how badly I was being spoken to. Incredible that a so called business owner would speak to his patrons, ESPECIALLY a lady, in that matter AND tone of voice!!! I will never go back there ever EVER again. I also suggest that you take your business elsewhere to people that know how to treat their customers right!!! Very disgusted in you Peter Lostis... I hope you find Jesus one day. But as for me and my business, well I will just use FedEx next time. Hope this helps!!! Have a great day :)

I had a PO BOX account set up through this location to receive important mail from my husband in iraq. The mail was never retrieved because the store owner said "He lost it, and it is not his problem". So you tell me if that is good customer service! I lost mail that I can never get back, not to mention I was charged double the going rate when I later set up another PO Box at the Jacksonville Beach location. Be careful if you plan on doing business at this location, there is another store right up the road that will do business for half the price and treat you like a human being.

I would not reccommend visiting this store either. I had a similiar experience with one of the workers, I was over charged and never refunded my money for my PO BOX. I would give this store ZERO out of 5 stars.

TERRIBLE STORE!!!!!

This is the WORST UPS Store you could ever imagine patronizing in Jacksonville Florida. They first couldnt produce me my PO BOX which had mail from my best friend fighting the war in Iraq, and then the OWNER PETER LOFTIS Stepped in and verbally assaulted me and cursed me out. I have taken the matter up with the police, and UPS Corporate. But be forewarned this store is EVIL and not only is the CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE... they still havent been able to produce my PO Box or MAIL... and won't refund me my money.... I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE you to AVOID THIS STORE !!!! Unless that is you enjoy being assaulted and treated very badly.
