Southside Medical Center

This was my lst visit to this facility. I found the staff to be friendly and professional. Everyone greeted me , even while they walked down the hall & just happened to look in my direction. The Dr. was very knowledgeable & patient with my concerns. Going there was an enjoyable experience.

Every time I step into the office it is an unprofessional setting, the desk staff are ill-mannered and the doctors are extremely slow... There's no reason a person should wait longer than an hour and a half just to be placed into a room..... Very poor

I had an appt that took me 90 days to get. I get there early and am the first one through the door, I need a filling, and Im a paying customer. Appt set for 830am I get called back at 915.. and im the first appt of the day.. after waiting another 30 mns they tell me they do not have my records and cannot see me and I need to call another location and get an appt with them. This organization is a horrible representation of what a business should be. I left there without my filling and only a half way apology for this ghetto way of running a business. I have to wait until 60 days now for another appt!!!!
