        Pineapple House is transparent with its fee structure. We discuss our design approach and costs on our website under HOW WE WORK. Basically, we ask for a $4,000 retainer and a minimum amount in purchases, which is determined early in the process and is based on the scope of the project. Funds are applied when the client approves the items or services that we propose, such as new furniture, case goods, lighting, window treatments, bedding, accessories, artwork, new upholstery or finishes on existing furniture, etc.
