        New Dragon food is good and the prices ok, however their customer service need HELP. The I quote "Boss Lady" that answered the phone is very rude, My staff and I order from New Dragon at least twice a week and my residents almost everyday that will end today. My order was incorrect I'm deadly allergic to Shellfish and would never order shrimp fried rice, but when my delivery arrived it was shrimp fried rice instead of the chicken fried rice. The "Boss Lady" told me that she didn't care if I was allergic they didn't make the mistake and they would not refund me or have someone come back to replace my order. I tried to speak and she wouldn't let me speak and she hung up on me. I've worked in the service industry for over 30 years and have dealt with all walks of life but I refuse to deal with someone that feel that they can talk and treat me however they want and think that I'm going to continue my services with them. SO NEW DRAGON "BOSS LADY" YOU'VE LOST 8 CUSTOMERS AND COUNTING
