Figo Pasta

This location is the original and still the best. They've got great salads and mix and match pastas - pick your pasta and sauce and you're off. My favorite is gemelli with pecorino and lemon. In the beginning they made their pasta fresh and it was to die for. As they've grown I believe they've gotten away from this but I can barely notice (though others might disagree). The atmostphere is great. All dinners come with bread and olive oil. They only have one beer on draft but its fittingly Italian and they've got a few other bottled selections to choose from. The house wine hits the spot too. Lastly, the prices, while not cheap are reasonable for the quality you get. I make an effort to get to a FIGO at least once a month and their expansion to new locations make this much easier. I do lament the closing of their VaHi location. That was the closest and my favorite.

The menu is a mix and match of pasta and sauces - you can't go wrong. The soups are extraordinary, and the salads are always fresh. This is an authentic Italian experience with quality ingredients that happens to be value priced.
