Run as fast as you can and don't waste your money, rip off. They scam you and the service and laser doesn't work, they just make it really hot so you think its working and the hair removal doesnt go away in 6 sessions so they can talk you into another package. I used other laser hair removal centers before and they are aweful, rude associates, not even sure their licenses are up to par, no one is ever in the place, never have anyone man the phones so hard to speak to anyone and becareful they wlll try to scam you on cancellations and rescheduling and say you owe them $50, a visit or loose a session and will do it on person, I am telling you do not book with them. There have been complaints with Better Business Bureau and they said the skin care fcaility never responded to the claims. They alter people's personal files if you call them oput on their shady practices and wont refund your money, I complained to GROUPON, LIVING SOCIAL etc and told them never let them sell packages to people that they are shady!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! please do not go here, the old lady with short hair that is in the office is rude as all can be, MEAN and she runs away when you have an issue, check their licensing, I think there is people not with current licenses
