Very unprofessional and ununpleasant. Needs better office staff or staff needs customer service training. Will be looking for another dentist

Today I had an unpleasant experience over the phone with 2 women at this Dental Office. I was lost and trying to find my way to their facility. They were sarcastic and very unprofessional. 1 of the women I spoke with stated she was a doctor and called me baby in a sarcastic way. That over the phone experience made me change my mind about letting my 2 small children experience their service. Because if the attitudes are nasty & unprofessional the service will be also .I'm so glad I found out over the phone how unprofessional their office staff were instead of in person. So thank you Beautiful Smiles Staff for showing me how my bad experience would be if my children were really patient at your office.
