AutoZone Auto Parts

Mr Tony B. went over and beyond his duty today to insure that my vehicle was fixed. He showed extraordinary customer service. I had already paid for the part for my vehicle. My car was not able to be moved. He could of just left me stuck out. But instead he worked on it until my vehicle was fixed. My vehicle provides me away to get back and forth to work in order to take care of my house hold. Tony B. made it possible for my car to be ready to go. Every parts store has the parts you need but every parts store don't have great customer service guys like Tony B. Thanks for all your help.

Please do not shop autozone again bobdallen, at least not with the attitude that you are supposed just snap your fingers and everyone jumps to suit you. Realize that your wife was in a situation, however there were other options available. She disconnected from the trailer and went on her way, obviously she could have driven the two or three blocks to get to autozone, Athens is a small town.



I use Autozone all the time exclusively and have NEVER had any complaints



Autozone supports all the US troops anywhere in the world, just because they could not cater to your every whim has no bearing on that.

I have been stationed in Afghanistan for over 9 months and was talking to my wife in Athens Texas by phone. She informed me that she was having issues with the receiver hitch on my trailer. She then proceeded to disconnect from the truck and went on her way. She needed a receiver and ball for the truck for another task, so I called Auto Zone from Afghanistan to purchase these items. My wife was in the city limits of Athens and could not leave her location, so I ask the sales clerk if they could deliver the items to her, less than five minutes from the store? THE SALES CLERKS REPLY WAS THAT WE HAVE NO ONE TO DELIVER PARTS, UNLESS YOU HAVE A COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT. SO I GUESS IF YOU ARE OVERSEAS AND NEED PARTS DELIVERED FOR UNUSUAL SITUATIONS " DON'T CALL AUTO ZONE" THEY DO NOT SUPPORT OUR TROOPS OR THE PEOPLE THAT ARE WORKING OVER HERE. I WILL NEVER SHOP AUTO ZONE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bob Allen Athens, Texas.
