Blackhawk Shooting Range

I like this place. The guy at the counter was courteous enough. You don't have anyone looking over your shoulder while you're shooting. It may not be the best looking place around but I'm there to shoot that's all. I'll be going back. Prices are very reasonable. Thumbs up!

No stars . Worst service ever. Folks there are racist ... It's a very low class shooting range with people that are trashy. I'm sorry this place even exist but I guess all types of people need a place. They shoot when they want , complain about everything and management / people who work there.... I don't know how they run this place but they do not know how to talk and won't even try talking to you. Should be shut down. I don't know if maybe he was so old he just doesn't deal with things. Oh and they threat so watch out! May God be with you.

Loved it i been to just about every gun range in san antonio and surrounding areas none match them loved the freedom they give they you dont have big brother watchinh over your back ( Bracken ) telling you you are firing your weapon to fast or making you stop every 15 mins to cease fire so they can place new targets. loved it i recommend if you like to have fun!

Class instructor is a nice person but takes too long to reenter class after video ends. Be prepared to sit on hard wooden grade school desks for hours in an old mobile home converted to a classroom. Shooting portion is worst, instuctors assistant yells at students even the more experienced guards there for recertification, be prepared for an assistant with a chip on his shoulder during the shooting portion which comes at the end of the class. Only animals are yelled at NOT people!
