First class for a small store, but still appreciated in our town.
Shop there regularly...produce is fresh, meat is fresh, breads are fresh.
Oftentimes the chicken at the deli is dried up as if cooked a day or two ago, especially the wings.
Cashiers, Butchers, & Produce manager are friendly and knowledgeable. If there is a mistake, I have never had a problem getting it resolved.

I am a customer from different city. The store over charged me on one item. When I called in from my home town, the customer service told me that they have no way to make the reimbursement back to me. The only way is for me to drive 200 miles back all the way back. Please double check your receipt after your purchase.

Yesterday, April 11,2010 ( evening ) My wife went to Mosers store . She found the beer on sale, $ 5.99 was $ 7.99. She bought some items.

When She was on cashier lane. The young cashier beeped the price showing $7.99. My wife told the cashier that the price was not correct. The cashier became rude and said that the price was right. My wife said "No" Both of them kept on argued on that price until the shift manager came up and asked my wife if she had a problem. She said yes and beer on sale but got the regular price. So my wife and the manager walked to beer self and found there was on sale.

my wife got the only refund,$ 2.00 not full refund and free.. You know Hy-Vee and Grebes will give you a FULL refund when they make mistake on price.



That is not first time, My friend lives in Ashland and is regular customer. He warned me about the price. Well. He was right. Need to watch out for the sale price especially Wednesday sale price. They do not change all sale price.

SO better check the price and watch the cashier machines.

He will not go to Moser in afternoon because The afternoon shift manager, ( male) had bad attitude and was very rude to my friend. He will not go to that store in afternoon hour. He will go in the morning.



I will check myself and if the price is not on sale on ringing, I will report the owner. If it is no better, I will report Attorney of General
