Not a happy customer; I made a wasted trip into Asheville from Marshall to pick up my package -- They were closed. Not sure how a package freight business can not be open on Saturdays, not have hours when they are open posted on their business door, and not have those hours of operation listed online. They do not even have an after hours voicemail to help customers identify when they are open. Why not!

I disagree entirely with the previous reviewer. I called the number at 74 and a man answered immediately and this is lunch time. He was helpful and did inform me that the parcel I was sending needed to be taken to 301 Sweeten Creek and they have very specialized hours. i.e. they re-open at 3.30.

No drop off hours?? Hours of operation? I called and it just rings? No recorded message of hours. Please call this UP and leave the S for service off.
