        Overall

        I called to ask about pricing and if I'd have to reserve a lane. The lady on the phone seemed annoyed and started talking to me like I was stupid. She kept repeating herself and wouldn't directly answer my questions. Needs better customer service training!!! Most likely wont go just because of her attitude.
