        Overall

        1. The website doesn't mention their prices are lower than the store.

        2. We called at 5:00 (appliance) and no one answered.

        3. We drove there and were in an empty store (one customer on the 2nd floor) with three salesmen hanging around ignoring us. No wonder no one answered the phone.

        4. The price was way too high and bogus. We left angrily and I placed an order online for the price I expected.

        5. I was told the item was in stock and delivery would be in two days.

        6. Received an email much later - they charged my card and canceled the order.



        Sears has dropped off the face of our earth. We grew up with them. Our families used them. The corporation is a con and it's time for them to go bankrupt.
