Rising Sparrow Tattoo Studio

Please be careful with making a deposit. There are no rules or policies posted on this subject and you may get ripped off. My sister made a deposit for a tattoo and Patrick will not tattoo her or refund her money. Patrick and her go back before he started this "policy" and she has made appointments without deposits before. She trusted him when he asked for a deposit this time. I understand everyone has policies, but they should be clearly stated. No receipt was given for this deposit because it was out of trust as Patrick stated in a conversation.

I have lived in many different places, from Vermont to NC, and many others.

I have been tattooed and pierced by several atrtists from these different locations, and I have to say Patrick Flynn hands down is by far the best. Not only is he a great guy to do business with, his work is unreal. I'm never going anywhere else.

Patrick Flynn has been one of my artists since he worked in Murfreesboro, TN and I've remained close friends with him since moving and have even traveled to him to let him do my work. He is without a doubt one of the best artists out there. He takes time and pays close attention to detail. He cuts up and will try his best to make you enjoy your time while he's tattooing and working on you and for you. He's finished everything he's ever done on me in one session and they've been big pieces and for the work he does, it is pricey but that's what happens when you go to someone who knows what they're doing. Ive never had any issues with the guy and neither have any of the four friends of mine that he has done artwork on. Plan on going back to see him whenever I get downtime from work. Fantastic artist.

Patrick Flynn worst attitude to deal with rips people off, and doesn't finish his work Jared Duncan is the only good artist there.. maybe the best in the area! Great work but the shop is run by as$ h0!*s

I really didn't want to have to go to this extreme but anyone who knows Patrick Flynn at Rising Sparrow tattoo.... he started my sleeve 5 months ago and I made the mistake of paying him for it ahead of time in sessions before it was completed now my arm is completely destroyed and he is absolutely refusing to do anything about it, he has called me names, verbally abused me, cussed at me telling me that he doesn't owe me anything and has now blocked me from facebook after many months of cancelling appointments and lying to me continuously. I made a huge mistake and I'm now screwed out of almost a thousand dollars by trying to fix a mistake. I have never dealt with somebody more unprofessional with such a horrible undeserved ego/attitude and what's sad is that Jared Duncan is one of the best artist out there (he is the only reason why I had gone into rising Sparrow to begin with) but Patrick has completely destroyed my arm and refuses to give me money back for what he didn't finish! Apparently this is becoming a trend of his so please be aware!!!!!!!! I am completely appalled!
