One Stop 1

The owner of this store does not care about customers. I made a mistake filling out two pick three tickets and the manager Jessica would not cancel the tickets. I had the nc lottery commission call her and they told her she should cancel the tickets. she refused. she called the owner and told him the lottery commission wanted her to cancel the tickets he said he didn't care he would not cancel the tickets. lottery says you can cancel the tickets within 15 minutes of transaction if customer makes a mistake. I requested within one minute of transaction to cancel the tickets. the owner refused. I will not do business with any city stop in the future. this guy came to America and cares nothing about American people or customer relations. the lottery commission called me and they are going to file a formal complaint against him. people coming to America and buying the convenience stores and are getting rich and don't care how they do it. I stopped all my crews from buying gas or trading with city stop on 3-11-15 because of this. it wont put him out of business but he will loose at least three thousand dollars a month of my money. I say keep American money with Americans.
