Nail Tips

I will never visit this "salon" again. They gouged the cuticle of my right big toe, and the nail polish was very sloppy and uneven. When I complained, the owner asked, "what the problem?"; these people seem to not grasp English, but it's NEVER acceptable to provide such horrible service, no matter which language people speak. I told the owner that was the last money he'd ever see from me.
