Lee Spa & Nails

My sister and I went here for a lovely spa day! We walked threw the door in a great mood, ready to get our nails done! I sat down and showed the nail technician the nails I wanted, a simple ombré look. He immediately told me 'can't do. Won't look like picture.' I asked him to please try and he agreed. During my manicure, he invited another technician over to look and laugh at the style I chose of nails, as they continued to talk in another language, they pointed and laughed which embarrassed me extremely. When I was finished I went to sit next to my sister and watch her get her nails done as well. The nail technician said she was finished and when my sister expressed a small complaint it was nothing like what she asked for, the technician told her that it was all my sisters fault and that the next time my sister came back (fat chance!) to ask for the right thing first. When my sister got visibly upset the technician decided to inform my sister she would fix it but it would cost $8 more! The woman continued to berate my sister and I as we sat in silence seriously debating just walking out. All and all they finished our nails, they look good even though it's nothing like what I wanted, it was still good. However they charged us $98 in total, it's safe to say we didn't tip and we will never go back there.

been going to this salon for years because Tammy is the best nail technician there is in and out of the state. if she is busy wait because its well worth it.

I've been several times. They did okay. But the guy rubbed my moms leg like 8 times with the lotion and then as our nails were drying he took her purse and said YOU PAY NOW .!!!

I went early on a Saturday morning to get my eyebrows waxed, pedicure and full set. The experience started out great until it starte dto get busy. a few people came a towel was thrown on the back on my lady's chair as she hurried to put polish on. At the same time the guy who threw the towel was now lifting up the arm of my chair when I still had a another foot to polish. I was rushed to a chair the guy asks me what I wanted after explaining we had two more explanations of what I wanted. when he was done he says goodbye I again ask for the eyebrow wax that i paid for. The young lady does my eyebrows barely. I look and I have stray hairs all over.

By Monday I needed a fill. Atleast 3 nails on each hand was lifting. I call and they tell me to come back. I go two days later after explaining to 3 people what I need done and have 2 others come by and look I get my nails done. Once again it was busy and the guy was rushing. There was a slope on one side of my nail that I kept asking him to fix. Finally done he starts airbrushing (which I did not want but figured let me go ahead). I leave the shop and the airbrush looks like the crackle nail polish. I left extremely disatisfied. Well its was exactly 3 days later that I looked and my nails have started lifting some on both sides. I dont know what type of Acrylic they are using but I never had such a poor job done. Next time I will be going elsewhere.
