KT Nails

This salon prides themselves in their "high quality work" but it is far from that. I went to this place because of its good reviews but I did not experience the same! First of all their business hours state that they open at 9am during the week. I was at the salon a few minutes before waiting to go in, however, no one arrived until 9:45. Second, I went in for a repair on two of my nails and a fill in. At first I thought it was great, but within three days the two repairs had already fallen off. Let me clarify that I don't do any form of work that would cause the nail to fall off, therefore it was just poorly applied. Along with the two repairs falling off within three days, my other nails already looked like they needed a fill in or they were about to pop off.



I went back today to get the existing acrylics taken off because I was going to go to a different salon to get a new set. While at KT I was told that I was at fault for the two repairs falling off because "old powder" will do that. However this wasn't old powder. It was a new acrylic tip and new powder. Even when I explained to the manager that the two repairs were not fill-ins on old powder she continued to fight with me and insist that I pay for the nails being removed because it wasn't their fault the two repairs didn't stay on.



Needless to say I will never be returning to this place! Their products and work is horrible quality, as well as their horrendous customer service!
