Justice Appliance Repair

SAVED THE DAY! It's a Sunday. I am older with a sight disability. Freezer door isn't shutting; food is defrosting. My grandson arrives today for a week.Very stressful for me; called many repair stores; left a message at Justice AND he called me back on a Sunday and said he would come out, but first asked me questions in detail. Then, he led me through resolving it! He had me take out light bulb, check it elsewhere; it worked; told me to use dryer to remove ice buildup, which released switch for light, and defrosted ice that was keeping door from shutting. Door must not have closed after I last used it. He was kind, patient over 5 phone calls! This on a Sunday! And he wouldn't let me pay him for the hour of his help. This is extraordinary!

Called Justice after waiting 2 days for other repair places to return my calls. He returned my call in minutes and told me over the phone how to resolve my issue when he could have charged me for a service call. Honest repair places are SO hard to find. I will definitely call them in the future if I need a repair, Thanks!

I'm amazed to find such good and honest people are still out there!! Amazing service!
