I never post reviews but had such a negative experience with this business that I felt compelled to inform others. My experience was that of terrible customer service and poor quality work. Brought pants to be hemmed for out of town event. Went to pick up during normal business hours when promised and they were closed so could not wear to event for which they were altered in the first place! Called business and left message but never received return call even weeks later. When later picked up, pants were hemmed much shorter than agreed upon at the time of initial fitting so not even wearable! The staff was completely unhelpful and made no attempt to remedy any of this! Will never use them again and would discourage others from using this business.

I didn't like it. It is expensive and the work is not good. In addition the service of the guy is very bad. I'll not come back there and I do not recomend it!

I went here today because I'm in search of a good tailor. I will say that I do think asheville really lacks in this department. I was very pleased. The service was great. My dress will be ready in 2 days, and the alterations cost is very affordable. I have been to several tailors in the city, and this was definitely the most pleasant fitting I've had‎
