Hollywood Nail & Spa

The experience would have been wonderful if the workers were not so rude. I was totally made to feel like a fool because. It was my first pedicure in several years.

This is the ONLY nail salon I will go to in Asheville. The manager and staff here are very kind, pleasant and fun. I'm very pleased with the comfortable atmosphere. They always make you feel at home with your choice of bottled water, soda, a glass of wine or juice for the young ones...and the egg rolls are awesome.

I took a party of 10 women here for a pre-wedding get-together. The staff took such amazing care of all of us! They even surprised me by getting egg rolls for my party from the Chinese restaurant next door. They also put a table out with wine, sodas, and water, all free of charge. Aside from their wonderful hospitality, they also did a great job with our nails, and my cousin could not stop raving about the massage that her nail tech gave (and she is not easy to please)! I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Hollywood Nails!

I stopped by for a quick pedicure and was blown away with the time and care taken. It was fabulous!

I went to Hollywood Nails 2 weeks ago. My nails were done very poorly. I asked for them to be redone (I have never asked for this before in my 20 years of receiving manicures). I was told a need to pay 10 dollars to take off, then another 25 dollars to redo. I was told that it was "my fault" that the nail polish was done badly. I was then told by Mina the manager that she was only "there to fill the cash register", pointing aggressively at the cash register. I wrote a letter to David the manager in Vietmese and received no response back. Stay away if you wish to go to a professional nail salon in Asheville!
