Don't go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The men in there are very rude to women. And had gel polish removed there prior to surgery, the man used dremel tool and went all down to where nails were bleeding. Had nice thick nails, but no more. Stay away!!

This nail salon has been open for 4 months. As a retired cosmetologist I know the standards of cleanliness nail salons Are held to. Their implements came out of sterilized packets from an autoclave. I've been to 2 other nail salons in Asheville and haven't seen them in use. They had barbacide containers that appeared fresh(ie no sediments floating in the containers) and the place in general appeared tidy. Now for the service. My daughters and I went for basic pedicures, which in my opinion, was just as good as spa pedicures I've received elsewhere. They had a bear pedicure chair for my younger daughter and my older daughter received a free nail design because it was her birthday. I told my technician my ankles were sore, and he worked them out for me too. The thing I dread most when getting a pedicure is when they pull out the razor for callouses, which is ILLEGAL, they didn't even try it on me, usually I have to argue that I don't want the razor, but I didn't even see one in their implements. They instead used a pumice like file, which did the job fine. All of our polish looks good and I know my toes feel great. So if you're looking to try a new place I'd put it on your list.
