  • Great Stay
    by  on 04/09/2010

We just spent 4 days at this hotel and everything from the staff to the hot breafast was great! The room are well decorated, the bed makes you feel as though you are at a spa. We will definately be back!

  • Rudest service in Asheville
    by  on 04/29/2008

I've stayed at a lot of Hampton Inn's and can honestly say this location is probably THE worst in customer service. The front desk employees were very short, curt and rude to the customers - not only myself but as a witness to another customer's experience. While checking in, a lady had came in with a reservation which they could not find. Understandably the customer was a bit upset and said she had a reservation number which she was told ""we're full I can't give you something I don't have, you should have called us directly to confirm. We would have told you that you didn't have a room."" Unbelievable!\r \r Upon check in our ""free hi speed internet service"" was not working, when we called the front desk asking if they were having problems I was told ""there's a guy on the net down here, it must be your computer.' No other offer for help or anything. \r \r I will say the housekeepers were extremely nice and friendly. It seems it was only the front desk employees (four that I remember) that were lazy, rude and could use a training course in courtesy and hospitality. I will not be returning to this location. Ever.
