Working with Grant to find the perfect engagement ring was a pleasure. I felt no pressure to spend more money than I was planning on spending, while finding the perfect ring that fit in my budget. This store operates with integrity and friendliness that sometimes does not seem as apparent at other stores. When making such a big and important purchase, these values are important and Laughter Jewelry upholds them above all. i left the store feeling excited and confident I had found a truly special diamond. My fiance couldn't be happier and we are looking forward to going back to purchase our wedding bands.

My mother fell and broke her finger and her rings were stuck on her swollen finger. We went here and they were so nice and helpful and competent in getting the rings off. They did so quickly, effectively, and with great care and skill. They were also very honest about advising us to repair the rings when we returned home to New York, since the finger might change its size after the injury, placing the customer's interests ahead of their own. They went so far as to give us a recommendation of a good jeweler in our area of NY. If you ever need a jeweler here is the place to go!

I had a blast when they helped me pick out the ring for Sarah. They had the biggest section of the store dedicated to engagement rings with all the tools, knowledge and insight for me to pick out the perfect ring. I would highly recommend everybody to these guys. Top notch customer service.

Went to most of the jewelers in Asheville and Hendersonville looking for a diamond. Best service of any of the stores. Took the time to let me shop without "selling" me something. Answered all my questions and let me buy what I wanted. I think I got the most for what I had to spend. Thanks, F

I recently came into this store because my sister recommended it to me. I came in because I wanted to buy a pandorra (sp?) bracelet. I was spoken to quickly and shown by a salesperson to where the pandorra jewelry was. After that, I did not enjoy my experience at all. The girl who was helping me didn't seem to have any interest at all in what I was looking at. She provided me with no comments or suggestions to help me make my choice. I made my choice and paid for my bracelet and was very glad to leave the store. My overall impression of this place was that they were nice until they noticed that I wasn't coming in to buy something expensive. After that, they "tolerated" me until I had made my purchase. Will not go back again and do not recommend to anyone unless your planning to spend $10,000-plus... :C
