Absolutely terrible. Never, ever go to the one on Tunnel Road. I went through with my Jeep and the back of it was left compleyely filthy. They would not re wash and told me that the backs of Jeeps and trucks will never come clean in their wash. The people working there, that I dealt with, are unkind and simply don't care. I asked for a manager, they said they didn't have one. I asked for a number to call, they said they didn't have one. As I went to leave I was told that it's because of my aftermarket bumper that it won't come clean. What!? Not sure how my aftermarket bumper affects the entire back of my glass not getting clean. I went to the same one on Patton Avenue to ask them and they said that's crazy! They were so kind, washed it for free, and came out after the wash to make sure the back got clean. Patton Avenue is well worth the extra 5 minute drive! Will never go back to Tunnel Road location.

I have been a customer of Gorilla Car Wash for years and I really love the new wash on Tunnel Road. The staff is very professional and the manager goes above and beyond to make my experience great every time! The wash does a tremendous job and is very consistent. You cannot beat the value and there are four different washes to accommodate your needs, $5, $9, $12 and $16. I would highly recommend this wash as it is the best in town, if not the state...

Their car wash cracked the windshield on our jeep and they refuse to fix it. Terrible job washing it as well. I recommend everyone just drive on by.

I had been getting my car washed here for about a year until today. I went and got my car washed and vacuumed it out and left to go do a few other things. While I was in the wash I noticed one side had stopped spinning but didn't think anything of it. We I get home, I noticed one side of my car had not been cleaned, AT ALL. I call and talked to Kenny. He told me it was an express washw and that it is what should be expected, for it not to be clean. He was very rude about it and hung up on me. This Gorilla Wash has lost a customer thanks to Kenny and a $7 car wash.

Avoid the one on Tunnel Road. Bug prep wash is inaccessable unless you come in the exit. They argued with me when I pointed out the problem. The one on Airport Road would get 4 stars.
