        No Weekend Delivery

        Fed ex gives the option for "shipper requests direct signature" but does not deliver on the weekends. For most people this is difficult because you have to be available at the time of the delivery which is monday thru friday only. As a result, the shipment that you are going to pay for won't get to you and you will have to go pick it up. Making their paid system an inconvenience.

        Poor Customer Service.

        I needed to talk with the manager at 628 Patton Ave. Asheville Nc and had to call the 800 number. The operator talked with the 628 Patton Ave. Asheville,NC and came back and told me the manager was sorting but the person on the line told her to tell me he was not interested. I feel like he could have at least given me the courtesy to come to the phone or call me later and talk with me.
