Domino's Pizza

I had occasion to stay at the Hampton Inn - Tunnel Rd, and thought I would order pizza from this Domino's on the same road. At time of order (3:25 PM), wait was projected to be 55 - 65 minutes. Pizza arrived at 4:55 PM, pizza was cold, and drinks and salad was warm. Ordered four 20 oz. Diet Cokes, received two Diet Cokes and one 20 oz. Sprite; driver said manager said they were 'out' of Diet Cokes, so manager substituted one Sprite; how does one equal two? and why wouldn't they call to let me know and see what I wanted to do? driver 'forgot' drinks on first trip to room, had me sign for order and gave tip, then went back and returned with incorrect drinks; driver said they could issue me credit to use next time I ordered from them; told them I was not from area (thus, the hotel), and would like drink delivered on next trip; driver said he would bring me two drinks; never saw or heard from them again; filed online complaint with dominos.com, received e-mail from customer service saying store would contact me; received voice mail during the week stating caller would 'only be at store for another 15-20 minutes', called back within a couple of minutes, rang and rang, never picked up, never went to voice mail; had indicated on online complaint I preferred e-mail; call from same number next day, rang once, then they hung up; e-mailed corporate again, have heard nothing back; 90 minute delivery of cold food and incorrect/missing items is unacceptable, plus unwillingness to correct/address issues;

Wow was delivery fast and the food was surprising good. I've had Domino's in the past and never been too fond of it, but their prices were better than the others in the area, so I decided to try them again. They definitely updated their recipes so that they pizza is more tasty and they have a really cool feature if you place your order online - you track it each step of the way. They delivered in under 30 mins to the Days Inn and our order was correct and the food was good.
